Lindsay Yoia

Lindsay Yoia has a diverse range of work experience. Lindsay is currently the Director of People & Culture at the Union of Concerned Scientists since August 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Human Resource Director and Human Resource Manager at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Martin County since April 2015 and September 2014, respectively. Lindsay also served as the Director of Human Resources at Olympusat from February 2022 to August 2022. Lindsay has additional experience as the Chief Culture Officer at the Boys & Girls Club of Martin County from April 2018 to February 2022, and as the Human Resources Director at Simmons Veterinary Hospital from February 2014 to September 2014. Lindsay started their career at Target, where they worked as an Executive Team Leader of Human Resources from May 2011 to February 2014, and as an Executive Team Leader Intern from June 2010 to August 2010.

Lindsay Yoia, SHRM-SCP, PHR, completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing at Quinnipiac University - School of Business from 2007 to 2011. Lindsay has also obtained additional certifications, including the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM and the PHR from HRCI.
