Paula García

Paula García is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in energy analysis and sustainable development. Since November 2014, Paula has served as a Senior Bilingual Energy Analyst and Energy Justice Lead at the Union of Concerned Scientists, where responsibilities include conducting research, preparing regulatory comments, and advocating for clean energy policies. Additionally, Paula has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Boston Area Solar Energy Association since June 2013, collaborating on solar projects and organizing forums. Previous roles at organizations such as Oxfam America and Meister Consultants Group involved research, training coordination, and policy analysis in energy and development sectors. Paula holds a Master's degree in Sustainable International Development from Brandeis University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
