Christa Otto

Christa Otto has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. At Union Pacific Railroad, from November 2018 to May 2021, Christa served as Director - Workforce Resources Business Partner, collaborating with leadership to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals, and leading a team in HR service delivery and program implementation. Additionally, Christa held the position of Director of Organizational Development, influencing key initiatives such as succession planning, talent reviews, and employee engagement for approximately 35,000 employees. Prior to that, Christa worked as Sr Manager - Training Delivery at the University of Nebraska at Omaha from January 2002 to January 2006. Christa holds a degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, obtained in January 2006.
