Dan Culbertson

Dan Culbertson is an accomplished professional with over a decade of experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition at Union Pacific Railroad since May 2014, Dan has previously held roles as Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition, Human Resources Business Partner, and HR Services Manager - Benefits within the same organization. Prior to Union Pacific Railroad, Dan worked at West Corporation from 2008 to 2014, progressing from Supervisor to Manager of Workforce Management. Dan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, earned between 2004 and 2008.
