Roberto Zavala

Roberto Zavala is an experienced professional currently serving as the Manager of Yard Operations at Union Pacific Railroad since September 2017, and also holds the positions of Freight Conductor and Locomotive Engineer. In addition, Roberto has been an Over-the-Road (OTR) Driver for Stagecoach Cartage and Distribution, LP. since June 2017. Roberto's military background includes serving in the U.S. Army as a Senior Section Chief Artillery and Section Chief since September 2010, where responsibilities encompassed supervising and training personnel, managing howitzer operations, and ensuring safety protocols. Previous experience includes working as warehouse personnel at T.K. Holdings in early 2007, focusing on freight handling. Roberto holds a Commercial Driver's License from the Phoenix Truck Driving Institute and is pursuing a degree in Public Health at American Military University.
