Mildred Adams has extensive experience in customer service and management, having worked in various roles across multiple companies since 2005. Currently serving as a Customer Service Specialist at Union Power Cooperative since May 2020, Mildred has previously held positions as a Customer Service Advocate at Verizon and a Dispatcher and Broker at Adams 3XL Transport, LLC. Additional experience includes a tenure at Synchrony Financial and a significant period at Duke Energy Corporation, where Mildred was involved in workforce management and customer service.
