Jay Loegering

Jay Loegering, SPHR SHRM-SCP, is an experienced human resources professional with over 25 years in the field. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Union Public Schools since September 2011, Jay has previously held key HR positions, including HR Director at Cancer Care Associates from 2006 to 2011 and HR Manager at Whirlpool Corporation from 2001 to 2006. Jay began the HR career as an HR Representative at AEP/PSO from 1995 to 2001. Academic qualifications include a BA in Psychology from The University of Tulsa and an MS in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Illinois State University.
