Darin McAllister

Darin McAllister possesses over two decades of experience in leadership and operations across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Facilities/Operations at Union Rescue Mission in Los Angeles since February 2023, Darin also holds the position of CEO/President at Relevant Effective Practical Solutions since January 2019. Previously, Darin was the Sr. Vice President of Ministry & Business Development at Los Angeles Mission from June 2021 to November 2022, and the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at West Angeles Church of God In Christ from October 2016 to June 2021. Earlier in the career, Darin was a Senior Special Agent at the Federal Bureau of Investigation from June 1996 to December 2010. Darin holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Theology/Theological Studies from Oral Roberts University.
