Jeff Mcdonough

Jeff McDonough has extensive experience in Human Resources, having held various leadership positions in the field at companies such as Union Savings Bank, Health Quest, Hudson United Bank, and Bank of the Hudson/Poughkeepsie Savings bank. Jeff is currently the EVP of Human Resources and Community Relations at Union Savings Bank, where Jeff provides leadership and implements HR systems to support the Bank's business goals and maintain its position as an employer of choice in Western CT. Jeff holds a BS in Business from the State University of New York at Oswego and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Dutchess Community College.
