Behzad Habibzai

Behzad Habibzai has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Finance Intern at Cvent. In 2012-2013, they served as a Marketing Coordinator (Salesforce Administrator) at Enhesa. From 2013-2014, they worked as an Associate Salesforce System Analyst at Intelsat. Behzad then joined Acumen Solutions in 2014 as a Senior Salesforce Administrator until 2018. Following that, they worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Silverline from 2018-2020. From 2020-2021, they were a Lead Technologist at Booz Allen Hamilton. In 2021-2022, they served as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte. In 2022, they joined Union Square Consulting as a Salesforce Consultant and also became a Salesforce Architect at HigherEchelon, Inc. Behzad is currently a Board Member at HOPE ACTS.

Behzad Habibzai began their education at Portland High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma from 1997 to 2001. Behzad then pursued higher education at the University of Maine from 2001 to 2002, studying Business and Music. From 2004 to 2005, Behzad attended The Johns Hopkins University, focusing on Music Performance. Finally, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing from George Mason University, where they studied from 2007 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Behzad has obtained multiple certifications in the field of Salesforce. Behzad became a Salesforce Certified Force.com Developer in June 2015, followed by a Salesforce Certified Administrator certification in December 2015. In January 2017, they acquired the title of Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, as well as Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator. In February 2017, Behzad achieved Salesforce Trailhead - 3x Ranger certification. Throughout 2017, they also earned the certifications of Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant. In March 2019, they became a Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant. Behzad continued to advance their knowledge and skills in this field by obtaining the title of Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Architect in April 2021. Most recently, in 2022, they acquired certifications as a Salesforce Certified Data Architect in February, Salesforce Certified Associate in September, and Salesforce Certified Business Analyst in November, all from Salesforce.
