Katie Knee

Katie Knee currently serves as the Director of Operations at Union Square Events since July 2022. Additionally, Katie worked as Restaurant Manager/HR Administrator at Sugar Factory LLC. in 2017, Food and Beverage Manager at Hilton Worldwide from February 2014 to November 2016, Beverage Manager at Resorts World Casino New York City for a brief period in late 2013, and General Manager at Five Guys Enterprises from March 2012 to November 2013. Katie earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Sociology from the University at Albany, graduating in 2009.
