Lucas Weisberg

Lucas Weisberg is an experienced culinary operations professional currently serving as a Culinary Operations Coordinator and previously as a Culinary Operations Administrator at Union Square Events since September 2021. Prior to this role, Lucas held the position of Assistant to Owner at Amorina Cucina Rustica for a brief period in 2021, where responsibilities included managing operations, bookkeeping, and coordinating food delivery. Additional experience includes internships at Mainspring of Ephrata, Instacart, Quality Branded, and ForceBrands, as well as a role as a Summer Camp Counselor at Home Run Baseball Camp. Lucas earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business, Organizations, and Society from Franklin & Marshall College in 2021.
