Jessica Salazar has a diverse work experience, starting as a Project Assistant at Advanced Business Communications in 2000. Here, they were involved in the installation and setup of networks, as well as phone systems. Jessica also worked as an Office Clerk/Records Management at Bright and Brown from 2001 to 2008, where they were responsible for various administrative tasks and organizing storage. In 2010, Jessica worked as a Sales Associate at Cotton On. Jessica then joined Roth Staffing in 2011 as an Information Technology Specialist, focusing on report writing and quality assurance. In 2012, Jessica started working at Union Station Homeless Services, where they held various roles including Program Analyst, Manager of Data and Outcomes, and Associate Director of Data Management & Outcomes.

Jessica Salazar earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Management Information Systems and Marketing from California State University, Long Beach, from 2006 to 2010.
