Rachel Giles Lcsw

Rachel Giles, LCSW, has a diverse and extensive background in clinical counseling and supervision. Rachel has experience in various organizations, including Union Station Homeless Services, where they currently serve as the Senior Director of Clinical Support. Prior to this, Rachel worked at YWCA of Los Angeles as a Clinical Consultant and Supervisor, providing supervision and consultation to therapists and interns in the Sexual Assault Crisis Services department.

Rachel's previous roles at St. Joseph Center include Lead Clinical Supervisor, Director of Mental Health, Assistant Director of Mental Health, Senior Manager IMHT-FSP, Program Manager IMHT-FSP, and Program Manager VRPP. In these positions, they developed and oversaw interdisciplinary programs, managed contracts with government agencies, and provided clinical supervision to various clinicians and interns.

Rachel also interned as a Children's Mental Health Case Manager at Ramsey County, where they provided intake assessments, crisis interventions, and coordinated services for clients.

Rachel's work experience further includes a role as a Behavior Therapist at Behavioral Dimensions, Inc. and positions at Amherst H. Wilder Foundation, where they served as a Residential Counselor III and a Residential Counselor Intern, providing care for youth in a residential setting.
