Utb Manuel

Utb Manuel has extensive experience in the construction and renovation industry, holding positions since 1981, starting as an apprentice mason at Ferreira. From 1992 to 1994, Utb Manuel served as a gérant cadre at SAFT CONSTRUCTION, overseeing masonry work and apartment renovations. A strong background in renovation and project management was further developed at SEPCM, SOGEM, and AXENERGIE, where responsibilities included various construction tasks such as masonry, tiling, and plumbing. Since 2011, Utb Manuel has been with UTB - Union Technique du Bâtiment, first as a chargé d'affaires and then as an ingenieur d'affaires, focusing on new housing projects involving plumbing, heating, solar energy, and VMC. Education includes a degree in price studies from PRO BTP, completed in 2011.
