Becky Miller

Becky Miller is a team member since November 2019. She provides support for their UnionTrack clients on the phone and their online support ticketing portal. Ms. Miller also creates help documentation for many clients using both the ENGAGE and SMART Platforms. Ms. Miller brings 30 years' experience with large companies and government agencies in training, internal help documentation, problem-solving and customer service.
