Michael Fanning

Mike Fanning is a team member since December 2020. Mr. Fanning works with the ENGAGE team to design and implement business logic in the middle-tier to support multiple front-end channels. This includes data validations to support data structure and business logic, optimization of data delivery, and testing for conformance to acceptable usability standards. Mike's previous experience includes over 15 years as a system developer including a major county government project to rewrite and the migration of their legacy payment processing applications/database into an MVC/WEB API-based set of services and interfaces. He has experience in development of Windows and web/MVC applications (including Windows services and asmx Web services/WCF/Web API/JSON) using tools such as Visual Studio .NET 2008 thru 2019, SQL Server 2008 thru 2016 (including SSRS and SSIS), Entity Framework 4.x and 6.x, within an AzureDevOps environment. Mr. Fanning holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Services from Friends University.
