Unionville-Chadds Ford School District
Kevin Crossman began their work experience in 1997 as a Teacher in the Unionville Chadds Ford School District. In 2001, they became the Varsity Basketball Coach at Unionville High School, a role they held until 2010. Then, in 2014, they joined Patton Middle School as the Social Studies Department Chairperson until 2016, after which they became the Athletic Director until 2020.
Kevin Crossman completed their Master of Elementary Education degree from Wilmington University between 1995 and 1997. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, Government, and History from the University of Delaware from 1989 to 1993. Their secondary education was completed at Unionville High School from 1985 to 1989.

The Unionville-Chadds Ford School District (UCFSD) is a school district in southeastern Chester County and western Delaware County, Pennsylvania in the United States, a 77 square mile area encompassing seven townships. Schools are Unionville High School, Charles F. Patton Middle School, Chadds Ford Elementary School, Hillendale Elementary School, Pocopson Elementary School, and Unionville Elementary School.
