Sameer Singh

Sameer Singh, CFM, currently serves as the Director of Facilities, Environmental Services, and Campus Infrastructure at Unionville Home Society since April 2023. Previously, Sameer held the role of Facility Maintenance and Project Manager at Compass Group from December 2021 to April 2023, where responsibilities included managing maintenance services, coordinating repairs, and overseeing subcontractor services. Prior experience also includes working as a Facilities Management Services Specialist at LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services from October 2018 to December 2021, managing preventive and demand maintenance for various facility site services and supervising utility systems. From 2005 to 2018, Sameer operated as General Manager and Owner of Lion's Den Renovations and Restoration, leading residential and commercial construction projects. Sameer holds a Facilities Management Certificate from the University of Toronto, a General Carpenter designation from the Ontario College of Trades, and a Bachelor of Communications in Business Administration from Ryerson University.
