Efrat Eilat

Vice President, Head of Health Strategy at Uniper-care Technologies

Efrat Eilat has held various roles in the healthcare industry over the past two decades. In 2000, they began as a Research Associate at The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University, where they worked with Prof. Stuart Altman on issues related to federal health policies. In 2010, they became a Senior Researcher at Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center's Dana-Dwek Children's Hospital, where they co-led a study on inequity and inequality in health from the provider perspective. From 2013 to 2016, they were a Special Advisor for Integrated Systems at the California Department of Health Care Services, where they oversaw the implementation of new preventive care services, and a Healthcare Consultant at the University of California, Berkeley. In 2018, they became the Vice President and Head of Health Strategy at Uniper-Care Technologies, where they guide the company in aspects related to content development, intake and outcome measures development, and the connection-points between content, service and engagement mechanisms.

Efrat Eilat received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Magna Cum Laude from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 1993 and 1996. Efrat then went on to The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University to receive a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Health Policy and Management in 2000. Finally, in 2013, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Social Policy with a Health Concentration at The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University.
