Maximus Defrancesco

Maximus DeFrancesco has extensive experience in workplace coordination, events management, and performance arts. Currently serving as the Senior Coordinator of Workplace Experience at Uniphore since January 2025, Maximus previously worked at ActionIQ as a Senior Ops Associate and Office Manager, overseeing operations for up to 200 employees. Maximus has been the National Anthem Singer for the New Jersey Devils since October 2011, performing at Prudential Center, and has held managerial roles in various establishments, including Chef's Dinner Table and Town Stages. Maximus began a career in real estate sales with Highline Residential and has a background in hospitality and fundraising, alongside a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from Montclair State University.
