Michael Haisten

Michael Haisten is a Principal Sales Engineer at Uniphore, having joined after the acquisition of Jacada in October 2021. Prior to that, Michael held various roles at Jacada, Five9, SoCoCare, and EarthLink, focusing on self-service solutions, program management, customer relationships, and product development. Michael also has experience as an Operations Research Analyst at the Naval Center for Cost Analysis. Michael holds an MBA from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business and a BS in Industrial Management from Mercer University.
