Tom Hill AIRPM has a background in housing management, business development, and property management. With experience working for companies such as Unipol Student Homes, FirstPort (UK), LIV Group, and more, Tom has managed residential properties, retirement independent living flats, and national portfolios of residential blocks. Having started their career as a Lettings Negotiator at Hunters Estate Agents and later moving on to roles such as Lettings Team Leader and Housing and Agency Performance Officer, Tom has developed a strong skill set in housing management and business development. Tom holds A-levels in English Literature and Art, a Foundation degree in Housing, and GCSEs in various subjects.
