Akash Jena

Akash Jena is a Junior Executive in Production at Unique Biotech since August 2022, specializing in the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the formulation area and executing production plans based on purchase orders. Previously, Akash completed a training program as a Production Executive Trainee at the Food Regulation and Compliance Centre in August 2021, acquiring theoretical knowledge of the FSSA Act, food licensing and registration, packaging, labeling, and new product development in sports and clinical nutrition. Earlier experience includes training at Katraj Dairy in various departments, including processing, packaging, and testing. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Food Science and Technology from Maharaja Ranjit Singh Punjab Technical University and a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Food Science and Technology from Lovely Professional University.
