Ivan Montik has over 15 years of experience in the business industry. Ivan began their career in 2005 as a Corporate Business Manager at Priorbank JSC, Raiffeisen Group, where they managed assets operations over 5 mio. Euro. In 2007, they moved to Trafigura Representative Office in Minsk as a Processing Manager. In 2008, they took on the role of Managing Director at bigmir)net in Belarus, where they were responsible for business development of the biggest media portal of Ukraine in Belarus. In 2009, they started two companies, SOFTSWISS and Merkeleon - Crypto Commerce Software, where they served as Founder. In 2012, they became a Partner at News&Score, a sports and bettings international web-portal. In 2013, they joined the Lifeboat Foundation as an Advisory Board Member and Unique Exchange as a Member of the Board and Co-founder. In 2018, they founded BGaming and became an Adviser and Mentor for CoinsPaid, a leading crypto processing service in the gaming and e-commerce industry.

Ivan Montik obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Belarusian State University between 2000 and 2005, where they studied Economics, Management, Programming, and Maths. In 2007, they obtained a Basic Credit Analysis certification from DC Gardner Training. In the same year, they also obtained a TOEFL certification. Additionally, in 2000, they obtained a Deutsche Sprachdiplom Stufe II (GeR-Stufe B2/C1) certification from Ständige Konferenz der Kultusminister der Länder in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland.
