Al Standaert

Al Standaert has extensive experience in sales and program management within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as VP of Sales and Program Management at Unique Tool and Gauge since July 2008, Al Standaert oversees client growth, marketing initiatives, and supports program management and estimating teams. Prior to this, Al Standaert held various roles at Hallmark Technologies from October 1989 to February 2007, culminating in the position of Director of Program Management and Sales, where management of a team of program and account managers was key. Al Standaert also gained foundational experience as a Designer at Ideal Mold from October 1987 to October 1989, focusing on the design of injection molds and related products. Educationally, Al Standaert holds a degree in Injection Moldmaking, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Welding, and Injection Mold design from St. Clair College, completed between 1985 and 1987.
