Stijn Waaijer

Stijn Waaijer currently serves as a Scientist in Non Clinical Development at uniQure since July 2022. Prior to this role, Stijn was a Postdoctoral Fellow at Genentech from January 2019 to July 2022, specializing in Biomedical Imaging. Stijn completed a PhD at the University Medical Center Groningen (UMCG) from September 2013 to November 2020, focusing on molecular imaging in cancer drug development, and engaged in various internships, including a Master Internship in Human Pathobiology and a Minor Oncology Internship. Stijn holds a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Radboud University, obtained in 2014, along with a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences from the same institution.
