Matt Berner

Matt Berner has an extensive background in ESG, corporate responsibility, public policy, and corporate governance. Currently, Matt serves as the Managing Director of ESG at Uniqus Consultech Inc. Prior to that, Matt held various leadership positions at Gilmartin Group LLC, CooperCompanies, and Chevron. Matt began their career as a Proxy Research Analyst at Glass, Lewis & Co. after graduating from UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science.
