Boris Populoh

Boris Populoh's work experience includes serving as the Sr. Vice President / Mobility & Relocation Risk at UNIRISC, where they provide insurance and claims adjusting services for corporate personnel and individuals relocating domestically and overseas. Boris is also an Advisory Committee Member at the Container Cleanliness Industry Advisory Group and the International Plant Protection Convention. In addition, Boris has held various positions within the International Association of Movers, including Executive Board Member, Member of the Technology and Communications Committee, Chair of the Commercial Risk Management Subcommittee, and Council Member of the Member's Ethics Council. Boris has also been a Steering Committee Member at The Moving and Mobility Standards Alliance. Prior to these roles, they were the Practice Leader / Head of Relocation Risk and Sr. Vice President at Willis Relocation Risk Group / Willis Towers Watson. Boris has also served as the Managing Director / CEO of FIDI Global Alliance, the Director of Programs & Services at the International Association of Movers, and the Vice President of International Affairs at the American Moving & Storage Association. Boris began their career as an Operations Manager at Gullivers Movers Inc.

Boris Populoh holds a BA in International Relations/International Economics from the American University School of International Service. Boris also obtained an MA in Transportation Policy, Operations & Logistics from George Mason University. In addition, Boris completed coursework in Public Relations/Visual Media at American University and graduated from FIDI Academy with a graduate degree in Leaders in International Moving in Munich, Germany. Furthermore, they completed a certificate program in Finance for Directors at Reed Business School in London, UK. Boris also holds a Property & Casualty Insurance License obtained from the Virginia Bureau of Insurance in January 2013.
