Matt Pease

Matt Pease currently serves as the Manager of Customer Execution at Flock Freight since September 2017, contributing to a technology company recognized as a 2021 CNBC Disruptor 50 winner for its innovative approach to supply chain optimization through advanced algorithms. Previously, Matt held various managerial and operational roles at Flock Freight and gained experience as Operations Coordinator at Elkus Manfredi Architects and in NCAA Division 1 Soccer as Director of Operations for the University of Massachusetts Amherst Men's Soccer program. Matt's background as a student-athlete at UMass includes multiple accolades, such as "Co-Rookie of the Year" and three-time recipient of the Atlantic 10 Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll. A Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Operations and Information Management was earned from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, complemented by a minor in Information Technology.
