Wendy Hsu

Wendy Hsu has a diverse range of work experience in various legal roles. Wendy recently served as a Corporate Counsel at UNIS Fulfillment and Transportation since November 2020. Prior to that, from January 2020 to November 2020, they held the positions of General Counsel, COO, and Corporate Secretary at Buy It Installed, Inc. Wendy gained experience as an Attorney in the M&A Department at Sanders Rehaste Sternshein & Harvey LLP from September 2017 to April 2019. Wendy also worked as a Contracts Attorney at Arbonne International from July 2013 to September 2015. Additionally, they held the role of Associate Counsel at VIZIO from December 2010 to June 2013. Earlier in their career, they served as a Law Clerk in the Commercial Law division at Gleason Wells, LLC from September 2009 to August 2010. Wendy had the opportunity to work as a Legal Extern at The Immigration Law Offices of David N. Simmons from January 2010 to May 2010. During their summer breaks, they gained valuable experience as a Summer Associate in the Corporate department at Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal in 2009 and as a Summer Associate at Isaacson Rosenbaum P.C. in 2008. Wendy started their legal career as a Law Clerk at Allen & Vellone, P.C. from October 2008 to May 2009.

Wendy Hsu has an extensive education history. Wendy obtained a J.D./Graduate Business Certificate from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law & Daniels College of Business, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, in 2006, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in International Studies from the Johns Hopkins University, School of Advanced International Studies. Wendy completed their undergraduate studies at the University of California at Berkeley from 2000 to 2004, earning a Dual B.A. degree.

In addition to their academic degrees, Wendy Hsu also holds a certification as a Licensed Attorney from the United States District Court, Central District, California. Wendy obtained this certification in December 2010.
