Caitlin Carey Garzoli is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in operational leadership and financial management. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Unison Site Management since May 2021, Caitlin has previously held key positions at American Tower, including Vice President of FP&A and Business Analytics, and Vice President of Finance Business Operations. Caitlin's tenure at American Tower also includes the role of Senior Director of Finance, overseeing the financial security of a vast portfolio of US cellular tower and rooftop assets. Early in their career, Caitlin made significant contributions at Unison Site Management, advancing from Origination Analyst to Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, where Caitlin led financial strategy resulting in substantial revenue growth. Caitlin holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BA in International Relations from Brown University.
