Karthick Ganeshram has extensive work experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry. Karthick started their career as a Management Trainee in Reinsurance at UNISON Insurance Broking Services Pvt Ltd in May 2015. Karthick gradually progressed through the ranks, working as an Assistant Manager, Manager, and Senior Manager in Reinsurance, before finally assuming the role of Associate Vice President in April 2023. Prior to joining UNISON, Karthick also gained experience as a Marketing Intern at Kasturi & Sons, Ltd in April and May 2014.
Karthick Ganeshram completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy, from 2009 to 2013. Karthick then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from KEDGE Business School in 2014. Later, from 2013 to 2015, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Management, General from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore. In 2019, they completed their Cert CII in Reinsurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute. Prior to their university education, they attended St. John's MHSS from 1995 to 2009, but the degree and field of study are not specified.
