The board of directors at Unissant has a history of experience in various technological fields. The president and CEO, as well as the Sr. Vice President, both have experience in IT companies. The EVP and COO have a history in ANSTEC Inc., which is a company that focuses on operational management. All three members also have experience in other companies that focus on either technology or management. Furthermore, all three members have received degrees from notable institutions in engineering or business. Consequently, the board of directors at Unissant is composed of individuals with significant experience and credentials in technology and management.
