Ruba Aburass

Ruba Aburass is a dedicated academic and professional specializing in social work and educational assessment. Currently serving as a Lecturer at Ono Academic College and a Teaching Assistant at Ruppin Academic Center, Ruba also holds various roles at Unistream, including Field Manager and Business Community Manager, where leadership in professional development training is emphasized. Previously, Ruba worked as an Evaluator at NIT National Institute for Testing and Evaluation, focusing on the assessment of medical student and school principal candidates. Ruba's research coordination experience at Tel Aviv University, alongside a solid foundation as a Teaching Assistant for core social work courses, complements an academic journey currently culminating in a PhD candidacy at Tel Aviv University.
