Alex Payne has a diverse work experience. Alex started in 2014 at CGU Insurance as a Marketing Co-ordinator, where they worked on marketing strategy, communications, digital strategy, and social media marketing. In 2015, they joined IAG as a Customer Insights and Customer Experience Analyst, responsible for capturing and analyzing data to understand customer trends and behaviors. Alex also reported key insights to senior management and managed concurrent programs. Alex later took on roles in planning and prioritization as well as customer experience and CVP at IAG. Currently, they are working at UniSuper in a customer experience role.
Alex Payne completed a Bachelor of Business at Victoria University from 2012 to 2013. Following that, from 2013 to 2015, Payne pursued a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing, with a focus on Interactive Marketing, at Deakin University.
