Arvind Arcot

Arvind Arcot has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Arvind is currently employed at UniSuper as the Manager - Business, Technical & Process Analysis. In this role, they oversee three strategic business functions and works towards continuous improvement and maintaining high quality standards.

Prior to joining UniSuper, Arvind served as an Executive Board Director at IIBA Australia Chapter Ltd. Arvind'sresponsibilities included corporate engagement and supporting branch chairs in increasing member engagement.

Arvind also worked at Yarra Valley Water where they held the position of Business Analysis Practice Lead. Arvind focused on building and mentoring a team of Business Analysts, implementing improved processes, and collaborating with technical specialists to drive fit-for-purpose solutions.

During their time at RXP Group, Arvind served as a Principal Consultant and Business Analysis Development Manager. Arvind coached and mentored a team of consultants and provided value-added services to clients.

At DXC Technology, Arvind held the role of National Business Analysis - Centre of Excellence Lead. Arvind expanded the practice and collaborated with various business units to create a strong practice of Business Analysts.

Arvind's earlier experience includes working at DXC Consulting ANZ, ANZ, Taten, and EMC Corporation. In these roles, they gained expertise in business analysis, project management, and technical analysis.

Arvind Arcot has a diverse education history. Arvind began their education in 1989 at Sri Sathya Sai Higher Secondary School, where they completed their school education. After completing their secondary education, they attended the University of Mumbai from 1995 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Accounting and Economics. Arvind further pursued their education at the same university and obtained a Master of Commerce degree in Accounting from 1998 to 2000.

In 2003, Arvind enrolled at Monash University, where they completed a Master of Information Management and Systems degree with a specialization in Business Intelligence in 2004.

Aside from their formal education, Arvind has also obtained various certifications throughout their career. Arvind became an IIBA® Member in June 2021 and achieved the certifications of Certified Business Analysis Professional™ in August 2020 and IIBA® Chapter Leader in November 2022. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP®) from APMG International in July 2021, DevOps Foundation from PEOPLECERT in June 2017, and Certified Practising Project Practitioner from the Australian Institute of Project Management in November 2016, among others.
