Giselle Bailey

Giselle Bailey has a range of work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Giselle currently works at UniSuper as a People Systems Analyst, starting in July 2023. Prior to this, Giselle worked at Findex from November 2018 to June 2023, where they held various positions including Digital Analyst and Talent Acquisition & People Operations Administrator. In these roles, they were responsible for supporting hiring managers in the recruitment process, system administration and configuration updates, preparation of recruitment reports, and coordination of visa processes. Before joining Findex, Giselle worked at Modis Australia (formerly Ajilon) as a Recruitment Consultant and at Adecco as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant.

Giselle Bailey earned a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Monash University, attending from 2013 to 2016.
