Kelly Sullivan

Kelly Sullivan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Starting in 2002, they worked as a Candidate Resourcer/ Headhunter at Advantage Resourcing, where they sourced accountants for global investment banking firms. Kelly then joined Robert Walters as a Recruitment Consultant before moving on to Mercer, where they implemented an Internal Recruitment and Sourcing function for the Outsourcing business. In 2011, Kelly joined IAG as an Internal Recruitment Specialist, managing the recruitment lifecycle for technical and specialist positions. Kelly later joined ANZ as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, handling resourcing requirements for the Financial Planning and Group Claims Insurance divisions. In 2015, they took a career break for maternity and returned to work in 2017 as the Director & Founder of Vanguard Learning, a position they held until 2022. Kelly then joined Prestige Inhome Care as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator and currently works at UniSuper as a Talent Acquisition Adviser and will transition into the role of Talent Acquisition Partner starting in May 2023.

Kelly Sullivan attended Endeavour College of Natural Health from 2018 to 2022. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Health Science degree in Naturopathic Medicine/Naturopathy.
