Zach F.

Zach F. has work experience in various roles at different companies. In 2017, they worked as a Work Experience - IT Service Desk Assistant at UniSuper. Starting in April 2019, Zach worked as an IT Support Technician at Step into Life, where they provided IT support to staff and business partners across Australia and New Zealand. Their responsibilities included implementing the Office365 suite, digitizing contracts into SharePoint, and revamping the website and online shopping experience. In 2019, they also started working at UniSuper again, this time as a Service Performance Support. Later, they transitioned to the role of Service Center Analyst and is currently working as a Cyber Resilience Analyst for the company.

Zach F. completed their Victorian Certificate of Education at Swinburne Senior Secondary College from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2018, they pursued Information Technology studies at Holmesglen, where they obtained a Certificate III in Information, Digital Media and Technology. Before entering Holmesglen, from 2014 to 2017, Zach attended St James, East Bentleigh, but their degree and field of study during that time are unspecified. In terms of additional certifications, Zach obtained their ITIL 4 Foundation Level certification from PeopleCert in June 2021. Zach also obtained their Victorian Certificate of Education from the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority in November 2019.
