Sarina Siddhanti

Sarina Siddhanti has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Sarina is currently working as the Head of Growth at Uniswap Labs, a position they began in October 2022. Prior to this, in April 2022, they took on the role of Builder at OrangeDAO.

Before their current positions, Sarina was the Co-Founder and CEO of Riya Collective from April 2019 to June 2022. Riya Collective is a fashion technology company that initially focused on providing access to clothing made by South Asian designers but later pivoted to launching NFTs for Indian designers and brands.

From June 2015 to March 2019, Sarina worked at Funding Circle US as the US Head of Commercial. Sarina led the US Borrower P&L, driving revenue growth and cost efficiency. During their time there, they achieved 3x growth on the Direct P&L top line and improved contribution margin.

In 2014, Sarina briefly worked at LendUp in the role of Growth and Business Development. Prior to that, they worked at Bain & Company as a Senior Associate Consultant from November 2010 to July 2013. At Bain, they worked with clients across various industries and played a key role in the implementation of the company's first internal global leadership training program.

Sarina also had an externship at LinkedIn in 2012, where they worked as an Insights Associate in the Global Sales Organization for six months.

Sarina Siddhanti began their education at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. After completing high school, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Economics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, graduating in 2010. Seeking further academic development, Sarina attended Harvard Business School from 2013 to 2015, earning a Master of Business Administration degree.
