McDermot Coutts

McDermot Coutts has had a diverse range of work experiences, starting with their role as the Chief Software Architect & Director of Software Development at Unisyn Voting Solutions in 2002. In this position, they contributed to the development of secure and flexible election technology, serving a large number of counties and voters in the United States.

McDermot later joined the National Institute of Standards and Technology in 2016 as a Technical Expert, where they played a role in the development of technical guidelines. Their tenure lasted until 2018.
