Edgar Andrade

Edgar Andrade is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service desk operations, currently serving as the Service Desk Operational Director at Unisys Hungary since March 2008. In this role, Edgar leads multi-lingual service desk operations across European Managed Service Centers, overseeing over 500 employees and driving initiatives aimed at enhancing financial and productivity efficiency for diverse clients in various sectors including Travel, Automotive, and Healthcare. Previous positions at Unisys include Senior Operations Manager, Supervisor, and Technical Mentor, where Edgar demonstrated expertise in operations management, team leadership, and IT service support.
