Norbert Makk

Norbert Makk has extensive experience in the IT services industry, currently serving as Managing Director at Unisys for the Solutions Center Europe in Hungary and Lithuania since September 2018. His previous role at IBM spanned nearly a decade, where Makk held various leadership positions including Global Unix/Linux Service Area Leader and Managing Director of IBM Data Storage Systems in Hungary. Makk's responsibilities included managing large teams, ensuring compliance and quality, driving strategy, and overseeing extensive service delivery operations across Europe. Makk began his career at EDS, an HP Company, where Norbert demonstrated leadership in IT service desk operations and coordinated end-user request processing. Makk holds a PhD in Human Sciences from Debreceni Egyetem.
