Achilleas Pavlopoulos has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and positions. Achilleas started their career as a Software Engineer at Inlecom Systems Ltd. in 1998. Achilleas then moved on to Asset Options SA in 1999, where they worked as a Development Manager, overseeing large projects in the Stock Market sector. In 2001, they joined Decision SA as a CRM Unit Manager, responsible for delivering CRM projects in the telecom and banking sectors. In 2007, they joined Uni Systems and held multiple roles, including Software Section Manager, where they oversaw large-scale projects focusing on various technology areas such as Enterprise Content Management, Portals & Collaboration, and Customer Relationship Management. Achilleas later became the International CMO Manager, leading the INT Athens Contract Management Office and managing a team of delivery managers and contract support officers. Currently, Achilleas is the Head of International Service Delivery Operations at Uni Systems.

Achilleas Pavlopoulos began their education in 1989 at the University of Patras, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering in 1994. Achilleas then pursued a Master of Science degree in Information Systems Engineering from The University of Manchester from 1997 to 1998. Later, in 2005, they attended the Alba Graduate Business School and completed a Professional MBA program focused on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, Achilleas Pavlopoulos obtained various certifications throughout their career, including the Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, MSP Practitioner, MSP Foundation, PRINCE 2 Practitioner, and PRINCE2 Foundation.
