George Kontos

George Kontos, MEng, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business consulting and analysis within the IT sector. Currently serving as Principal Business Consultant at UniSystems since March 2021, George participates in large-scale European Union IT projects, focusing on requirements elicitation and analysis. Previously, George held positions as Senior Business Analyst at Intralot and Senior Officer at Piraeus Bank, where responsibilities included leading the development of functional specifications and collaborating on electronic banking products. George also has a solid background in project management from roles at Marfin Egnatia Bank and BSI S.A., as well as experience in R&D as a Senior Software Engineer and Architect at SPACE HELLAS S.A. and ALGOSYSTEMS S.A. George obtained a Master of Engineering degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Democritus University of Thrace.
