Edward Cage Bernard

Edward Cage Bernard is a Non-Executive Director of our Company. He holds a B.A. degree in Religious Studies from Brown University and an MBA degree in finance from New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with the TRP group as a vice chairman, T Rowe Price Group Inc as a director on the board. Currently, he is also associated with T Rowe Price Group Inc as a senior advisor. He was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of our Company with effect from August 22, 2019.
