Jean De Villiers is the current Chief Customer Officer at Unit4. Prior to this, they were the Vice President - WW Professional Services at BMC Software from November 2021 to August 2022. In this role, they were responsible for the general management of the Professional Services organization within the Customer Success division at BMC. Jean was also responsible for driving a profitable line of business that delivered a transcendent customer experience to stakeholders and clients.

From February 2019 to October 2021, Jean was the Vice President, Global Services, EMEA & APAC at BMC Software. In this role, they were responsible for the Consulting and Managed Services business for the International element of BMC Global Services. This included full P&L management and driving a positive contribution margin to the Corporation. Jean was also accountable for the efficient and cohesive functioning of Sales, Delivery, Operations and Assurance functions.

Jean De Villiers has a Bachelor of Laws from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika, and has also done military service. Jean has a Bachelor of Arts and first credits towards LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand. Jean also has certification from the Office of Government Commerce in Managers' Certificate in IT Service Management (ITIL).
