Kirsty Graham

Kirsty Graham is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over three decades, currently serving as Vice President of Global People Experience Process Optimisation at Unit4 since November 2013. Throughout tenure at Unit4, Kirsty has held several leadership roles, including Interim Chief People Success Officer and VP People Success for various regions, focusing on enhancing people success initiatives and supporting customer experience business functions. Prior to Unit4, Kirsty worked at John Lewis as an HR Adviser and Business Partner, managing employee retention and performance for large teams across multiple sites.
