Rizky Alfiansyah

Rizky Alfiansyah is an experienced ERP Support Consultant for the APAC region at Unit4 since June 2024, responsible for processing incidents and service requests while facilitating investigations across different regions. Prior to this role, Rizky worked at GudangAda from May 2022 to May 2024 as Product Management Support for the Marketplace, collaborating with Product Management and Engineering teams to assist users. Rizky also served as a Product Support Analyst at Jati Piranti Solusindo, PT, from March 2019 to May 2022, providing support for banking products and addressing production issues. Earlier career experience includes roles as a Software Developer at PT Codephile Rekadaya Mandiri, an On-Site Engineer at Kementrian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Republik Indonesia, a Practicum Assistant at Telkom University, a Database Engineer at PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk., and an MDF Technician at Telekomunikasi Indonesia. Rizky holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computational Science from Telkom University (2010-2015) and a high school diploma in IPA from SMA Negeri 36 Jakarta (2007-2010).
